The initial visit includes obtaining a full medical history, examination, diagnosis and possibly treatment (if treatment is indicated) along with recommendations for exercise/stretches.

Includes monitoring progress, examination, treatment and follow up recommendations for self care.

EXTENDED VISIT

For the second visit of a new patient and for an existing patient with a NEW work-related (WCB) or car accident (ICBC) injury and this is your first assessment for this injury.
